Last Sunday I attended Christian’s meditation in the Selenite Crystal Cave at Synchronicities.  It was so Beautiful! Christian put so much care into the entire meditation session.  There was 10 of us attending and we all asked for the details of her chosen music and guided meditation, not wanting any of it to end! It was utter Peace.  I so look forward to more time in Christian’s events at Synchronicities.  She is an amazing intuitive medium and spiritual mentor with a story and history so worth hearing and witnessing.  Ask Christian about her Indi Star Cards! I recently had the pleasure of attending a meditation class held in a salt cave, and it was truly an experience that touched my soul. The ambiance of the cave, with its gentle lighting and the calming presence of the salt walls, created a profound setting for inner reflection and harmony.

Led by Christian, our spiritual guide, the session was both uplifting and transformative. I felt a significant release of stress and an overwhelming sense of peace throughout the session. Every moment spent in this peaceful sanctuary was truly special and connected to my inner self.

It was a safe place where I felt held in loves light. The blockages so deeply ingrained in my body moved in a very visceral way, leaving me feeling lighter and hopeful. In the days following my salt cave experience, I've received spiritual insights that have led me to even greater freedom and have provided fertile ground for love's healing and light. Let me start by saying Christian is an amazing human being. She has this clear, calming, and supportive nature about her. So easy to love, and connect with. To have the opportunity to share this time in the presence of her, guiding one through a wonderful meditation, is beyond amazing! The room itself is cozy and inviting, with plush flooring, and soft seating that has a gentle recline, and just the right amount of pillows to allow oneself to really get comfortable and connected. The walls in this cave are made of a thick Crystal layer, Laying upon color changing lightings that cycle through each color as the meditation goes on. During this meditation collective we all were invited to go Inward to connect with the higher self and spirit to help identify your life's path. As the guided meditation went on there was music, spoken words, speaking words of love and encouragement. Sounds from a rain stick and drumming. All of which reverberated through me. Allowing me to dive deeper into myself and connect with what I'm guided to be in this life. Sunday 09/28/25 I was able to attend a truly phenomenal event in the Selenite Cave with our amazing Guide Christian that helped me recharge my soul, relax my mind and reconnect with spirit. Christian has many gifts and graciously shared those with us and led us effortlessly through a peaceful relaxing journey of awakening. I'm looking forward to the next session. On Wednesday 10/01/25 I attended a wonderful event in the Salt Cave at Synchronicities in Sandy that was guided by a talented and gifted spirit named Christian. With a calm and soft voice, Christian helped me and the group slowly transcend into a peaceful meditation and reconnect with our spiritual community and helped me thank them for always being with me and guiding me along my path. Salt Cave Meditation with Christian, I have to say my hour spent together with Christian and so many earth angels in this beautiful salt cave is beyond what any words could ever express, but I will do my best. Entering into this cave-like room filled with pink salt is so amazing. Stepping into the room, getting your feet into the salt is so perfect so peaceful, so grounding and comforting. It's like being cuddled into a warm embrace. Then you add the amazing energy of Christian and one couldn't ask for more. Shae is beyond divine, fostering a healing with her calm comforting presence, guiding this healing meditation. Allowing one to be open and surrendering to the healing process of the soul. If you're searching for peace, grounding, and security, allowing yourself to connect to your inner being. This salt cave meditation is a wonderful choice. I left with a feeling of knowing that I am loved, supported, and worthy of happiness no matter the circumstance that has brought me here. I met Christian earlier this year at Synchronicity. She introduced me to her Indi Star Cards, which I had a reading with her and continued to go to her events. This new event in the salt cave was amazing. It's something I will keep going to . She truly keeps you grounded, calm,. and she's a very very peaceful soul.

I attended an incredible group meditation in the Salt Cave with Christian, and the energy was absolutely divine. A radiant Angelic presence filled the space — I could see the most beautiful, wispy light blue energy moving all around us. The love in the cave was so strong, it was truly palpable.

As a Clairvoyant, I could feel this soft blue light weaving pure Joy through my chakra system — it was breathtaking! If you’ve never meditated with Christian in the Salt or Selenite Cave at Synchronicities, you must experience it for yourself. These gatherings are pure magic for the soul.
