15 minutes on the front of the body, and 15 minutes on the back, with a gentle alert prompting you to turn halfway through
The sleek, top-panel system allows you to recline comfortably while high-quality therapeutic light surrounds your body.
Protective eye wear is provided, allowing you to fully relax and unwind.

Much Like halo-therapy, Consistency is key to this therapy. Speak to the staff to alter your time for each side prior to your session beginning, and they will adjust it accordingly anywhere from 5-20 minutes on each side rather than the typical 15 minutes.

Yes. Protective eye wear is provided and must be worn for comfort and safety during your session. You are welcome to purchase your own and bring them with you to your sessions.

For optimal results, we recommend wearing minimal, comfortable clothing or undergarments, as red light therapy works best with direct skin exposure. Many guests choose to wear a swimsuit, sports bra and shorts, or undergarments they feel comfortable relaxing in. Within these 45-minute time-sloted sessions, you will have ample time to change before and after your therapy.
You’ll enjoy the session in a private, serene spa environment, allowing you to choose what feels most comfortable and appropriate for you.
