Through grounding meditation, gentle sound, and deep rest, we invite the energy of heaven to root into matter - so that what was once experienced as vision may now live through you as wisdom.

Inside the luminous white glow of the selenite cave, we enter a temple of higher light. Here, the crystalline current opens pathways to the angelic realms and to the deeper knowing within your own being.
Through guided invocation, breath, and sound, we expand beyond the limits of form - awakening the higher centers of perception and reconnecting with the vast, loving intelligence that lives through us all.
The selenite’s purity reflects the soul's own radiance, clearing and uplifting your energy field until only truth remains - light, love, and presence.
This is the activation; the moment your spirit remembers its infinite nature.

Wednesdays* Himalayan Salt Cave

A few days after expansion, we enter the soft amber glow of the Himalayan Salt Cave - the womb of the Earth. Here, we return home to the body, to breath, to stillness. 

As the salt air soothes and purifies, we allow the nervous system to settle, gently anchoring the frequencies of light received during activation. Through grounding meditation, gentle sound, and deep rest, we invite the energy of heaven to root into matter - so that what was once experienced as vision may now live through you as wisdom.

This is the integration, the sacred descent - where illumination becomes embodiment.  

Breathwork rooted in self empowerment to realign the mind, body and spirit. Jen will guide you through a powerful meditative session using Holotropic breathing, followed by a beautiful Sound Bath with Crystal Sound Bowls.

About this Program

Based on the 7 Doorways of Vinyasa Yoga by Jonny Kest and directly from the Ashtanga Yoga lineage, we are beyond honored to partner with Jonah Kest to present Become A Yogi®: A 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Within this experience you will be offered the tools to deepen your own personal yoga and meditation practice and to create a communal experience that is both provocative and enriching. This course is open to anyone who has ever been curious about personal and professional growth through their yoga practice, and is certified by Yoga Alliance. New and experienced students ages 18+ are welcome!
