A few days after expansion, we enter the soft amber glow of the Himalayan Salt Cave - the womb of the Earth. Here, we return home to the body, to breath, to stillness. 

As the salt air soothes and purifies, we allow the nervous system to settle, gently anchoring the frequencies of light received during activation. Through grounding meditation, gentle sound, and deep rest, we invite the energy of heaven to root into matter - so that what was once experienced as vision may now live through you as wisdom.
