Healing Yin Yoga with Brooklyn

Healing Yin is a slow paced style of yoga focusing on long holds in specific postures (asanas) with the concentration on your breath. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just starting your journey, this class is for everyBODY.

During this class the use of props (blocks, bolsters, pillows) is highly encouraged and will be provided, if you have your own feel free to bring them. This unique style of yoga creates balance in the body and brings peacefulness to the mind. 

Please bring your own mat and your most authentic self to the class :)

(If you don’t have your own mat, we will provide one for you)
