During this two-hour session, we will explore utilizing gratitude to foster increased happiness in your life through simple practices. We'll first dive into a yoga session designed to facilitate the detoxification of the mind and body, fostering a connection to a broader sense of purpose. We'll follow with a meditation aimed to encourage mindfulness and presence. We'll finish with an inspirational journaling session and other tips and tricks to making gratitude a daily habit. Our hope is you leave the session equipped with tools and strategies to aid in the cultivation of gratitude and creation of a more joyful life.
