Join Stephanie and Joshua in a sound healing and breathwork journey. Using breathwork and beautiful singing bowls, this journey will take us inward to discover the gifts and wisdom within. We will discover new depths and new heights. We will let go of limitations and old conditioning.

Stephanie is a Reiki Karuna Master and has a passion for working with people and helping them ignite their light within.

Joshua is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and aliveness guide and has a passion for helping people shift from old ways of being to experiencing life with new purpose.
