The Himalayan Salt Cave at Synchronicities is a sanctuary of warmth and stillness. The natural negative ions from the salt help clear the mind and settle the body, creating the perfect environment for spiritual connection and release.

*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
