Ers’ Guided Sound Bath Meditation in the Salt Cave @ Synchronicities

These meditations are designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation and rejuvenation throughout the mind, body, and spirit, and alleviate symptoms of what might be identified as depression and anxiety. This therapy combined with the healing atmosphere of 10,000 lbs. of Himalayan salt & halo-therapy, will leave you feeling centered and whole.

During this event you will also receive Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.

These events are limited to 10 participants for comfort and enjoyment of laying directly on the sand if desired.

SALT CAVE RULES:

NO FOOD OR DRINK IN CAVE
NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided.
NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES
NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)

*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
