Transcending Fear: This month's journey invites you to explore the depths of your inner world, gently unraveling the tightly held knots of fear that may have limited your potential and inhibited your growth.

Class will be a full 2 hours and starts promptly at 6pm.

We will begin with energy medicine to aid in any purging, this will be followed by a brief introduction of the class and what to expect. Class will end with a sound bath.
