Hilary creates a safe space for you to drop into your body and connect with your soul, using a holotropic guided breathing pattern.
You will be lying down flat and breathing for about 25 minutes of the class, in this time you are able to drop out of your ego thinking mind, relaxing into the body using the breath, moving through emotions, sensations, memories, and mental programming, releasing the stuck and stagnant energy and thought forms that keep us stuck and stressed in life.
By the end of the class, you will be able to reach a deep meditative state and leave the class feeling a lot lighter and relaxed.
Things to bring:
Water, journal and pen, ChapStick, comfy layered clothes, a blanket, please do not eat an hour before breathing
