Sound Bath

Immediately following the breathwork, experience the meditative power of a sound bath to further expand and anchor in the feelings of relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional balance.  

This immersive Breathwork / Sound Bath experience will be conducted while lying in a comfortable position, enveloped by sounds, vibrations, and frequencies that promote healing and positive transformation. 

This experience is $44 per person and will be held in the Mountain Room.
