Michelle is a certified breathwork guide, co-host on The Key Nutrition Podcast, a mentor, a wife and a mom. She is passionate about others living a more fulfilling and joyful life, one breath at a time.
Her passion for breathwork developed after she had her own transforming experience in December of 2019. She has since been helping others transform their lives through the power of their own breath.
This beautiful system within our body that has always been there! This style of breathwork is taught by Pause Breathwork, and is used to facilitate a response of the nervous system of the body. This sort of breathwork allows you to drop into the body and out of the logical mind. The mind has limits that the body does not. The body is meant to feel, express, breathe and move!
In this breathwork experience you will use the breath in an intentional way, a conscious way. When we become aware of the breath we can shift our energetic state and our way of being. We learn to feel through the feelings, instead of trying to convince ourselves and think our way back to feeling better. There is no better or more accessible way than with the power within ourselves which has always been right there since day one for each of us, OUR BREATH.
Through learning conscious breathing, we regain the the ability to feel more connected to self, connected to the spiritual realms, to consciously heal trauma that has become stuck within the body, and to move this energy and ultimately to heal it. Our body and breath are simply incredible when we understand how to tap into our innate healing system.
