Saige will guide the group through tapping exercises and a guided meditation to assist in preparing the body to open up and relax into the therapy and magic sound healing of her crystal bowls. This therapy combined with the healing atmosphere of 10,000 lbs. of Himalayan salt & halo-therapy, will leave you feeling centered and whole.
During this event you will also receive a full 45min session of Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.
