From Breath to Stillness: Breathwork & Yoga Nidra

Join us for a deeply restorative journey designed to calm the nervous system, reconnect you with your body, and invite profound rest.

We begin with approximately 20 minutes of a guided three-part conscious breathing practice. This intentional breathwork helps ground you in the present moment, deepen your connection to your body, and gently release stored stress, tension, and emotions that may be ready to move. As the breath creates space within, you'll naturally transition into a state of greater openness and ease.

From there, you'll be guided into Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep or psychic sleep—a deeply restorative meditation practiced while lying comfortably in stillness. In this state between wakefulness and sleep, the body receives profound rest while the mind remains gently aware. Yoga Nidra offers an opportunity to regulate the nervous system, cultivate inner awareness, and plant intentions that can help shift subconscious patterns and beliefs.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, or simply seeking a moment to slow down, this practice offers a space to release, restore, and return home to yourself. You'll leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and deeply nourished from the inside out.

No previous experience is necessary. All are welcome.
