The experience will begin with a gentle guided meditation, moving softly into a beautifully nourishing sound bath featuring seven crystal singing bowls, designed to align and harmonize your energy centers. Gongs, chimes, rattles, drums, and other beautiful instruments will accompany you throughout this immersive journey.
