Goddess Yoga is the art of sacred and sensual movement. It's a combination of deep sensual belly-dance inspired movement, yoga, breathwork, and transformational rituals. You can expect a transformation of self love, acceptance, releasing of what no longer serves you, and a deeper connection with your beautiful and sacred self.

What you need for this class: wear something you feel beautiful & comfortable. Water and yoga mat (if you don’t want to use the ones provided)

Donation based: $5-$25 - you will not be turned away for lack of funds
