In honor of ourselves and the full moon energies, we will be doing a Cacao, Rose and Releasing ceremony, and will finish with a shortened Goddess Yoga session.

What to bring:
-journal & pen
-wear something you feel comfortable in for yoga/dancing
-water bottle

Cacao is the unprocessed version of cocoa and is considered a superfood because of all of its amazing health benefits. We will be using it to help open our hearts and minds in preparation to releasing what no longer serves us.

**almond milk will be an ingredient in the cacao drink we'll serve. Please message me if you need a full ingredient list.
