Goddess Yoga is the sacred art of sensual movement and rituals that help connect us with our Divine Feminine energy - the energy of acceptance, creativity, and receiving. If you're going through a life transition (left a religion, entering a new chapter with a job or relationship, healing/finding yourself, etc), wanting to clear out old energy, call in new opportunities, and wanting to feel more at home with who you are, this is the class for you

What this class includes:
- Opening share circle
- Sensual Movement (feel yo'self!)
- Yoga/Dance
- Sacred Sisterhood
- Releasing & Manifesting
- Aromatherapy
- Breathwork
- Opening the throat chakra

You do not need to be an expert at yoga or dance. Just come and whatever level you are at is perfect

What you need for this class: wear something you feel beautiful, comfortable & sexy in, bring a water bottle

Cost: $15-$25 sliding scale
