An immersive 90-minute experience designed to bring you to a level of relaxation you may not have realized was even possible.
What to expect: Gentle movement and breath practices to increase your flow of energy and open energetic channels, and a guided deep relaxation practice finished off with the healing and soothing frequencies of sound bowls, all while being immersed in the healing and anti-inflammatory properties of the salt cave.
What to bring: Blankets, pillows, bolsters, and a yoga mat - think about anything that you can use to help you find more ease during the deep relaxation and sound practices. Please know you and any props you may bring will likely get dusty from the salt cave!
Who should come: Anyone seeking energetic or physical healing, stress relief, or deep relaxation. We cannot make any promises, but studies have shown that deep relaxation practices can invite healing for both your physical and subtle bodies when regularly practiced.
Special considerations: The salt cave is located at the bottom of a staircase, so please be able to make your way down the stairs. If you struggle lying on your back for an extended period of time, you may also sit on one of the benches, but that may also get uncomfortable after too long.
