Healing the Heart: Nadabrahma in the Salt Cave

Calm the storm in your heart and allow your innate healing power to flow freely through you. Using humming, hand-movements, sound healing and dry salt therapy you will leave feeling renewed. Limited seating!

Humming practices have been proven to lower heart rate, regulate emotion, and increase nitric oxide (related to improved cognition, immunity, blood pressure, and respiration).
