Inner Child Breathwork + Reiki with Davina & Christine

The younger parts of us still shape how we feel, react, and love as adults. This evening opens a 5-part breathwork series on inner child work, a chance to reconnect with those parts and meet them with care.

Davina will guide you through a music-led SOMA breathwork journey while Christine offers Reiki throughout. No breathwork experience needed. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and anything that helps you feel cozy, like a blanket or eye mask.

$44, paid at the event by Venmo or cash. Space is limited to 19 people, and registration is required.
