The purpose of breathwork (Pranayama) prana means "vital life force", and yama means to gain control) is to relax the mind, body and spirit through a combination of exhaling and inhaling and retaining the breath.

Kundalini yoga is a form of -

Bring a yoga mat, bolster (cushion to sit on) and don't forget your water. It is recommended not to eat an hour before breathwork.
