Marilyn is a Licensed Massage Therapist and has been studying yoga + mindfulness for 7 years and is currently attending an online 200HR Yoga Teacher Training via BODSPHERE (Yoga Alliance Accredited). She wishes to share what she has learned with others, so that they might also find a grounded peace through these ancient teachings and practices. She believes one of the best ways to learn is through teaching and is grateful for the opportunity to guide and support others as they journey deeper into their inner landscape.
