Mindfulness For The Holidays

Take a break from the hustle and stress of the season by re-centering through mindful practices. During this special 9-week series, we will draw from tools such as intention setting, gentle breath + movement and then end the evening with meditation w/ a mini-sound bath. 

Dress comfy and please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up. Yoga mats and blankets are available for use, but you are welcome to bring your own items (blankets, pillows, eye mask for meditation) 

When: Tuesday evenings, 7pm-8pm beginning on November 12th and ending January 7th. 

**Class WILL be held on Christmas Eve, but from 11:30am-12:30pm**
