Steph here from Higher Vibrations 2222. Bringing you a Paint Night with a Twist. The Twist is a meditation… with crystal sound bowls and my voice.

It’s time to relax with a short meditation to release tension and expectations, connect with your higher self, and put some paint to a canvas. I’ll be guiding you through the meditation and the painting. However, don’t feel pressure to paint what I am. Just come and enjoy the vibes of the space, and have a good time exploring your creative side.

I’ve got the paint, brushes, and canvas panel for you, they are 8x10 size.
