Participating Union Square businesses will have tables set up on the sidewalks in front of their stores.

In addition to the businesses, Sandy City will have booths around the center with face painting, balloon twisting, and other free activities for attendees.

The city will also have a passport booklet that attendees will need to take to participating businesses to get stamps (stamps provided by the city).

Once their booklets are stamped, they will return them to be entered into a drawing.

There will be two different tiers for drawings.

The bottom tier will be for those that just return the stamped booklets.

The top tier will be for those that return their stamped booklets along with a receipt from a participating business.
