Join Jamie in this amazing Selenite Cave Event as she walks participants through each chakra in a visualization. She will walk participants through an understanding of what each of the chakras do and how they can release energies that get stuck. Somatically she will guide participants to move energy with breath, movement, sound and visualization.

All of this amazingness is experienced while laying comfortably in the surroundings of the cave’s chromotherapy and 3000lbs of selenite.
