Sunday Flow (for beginners)

Are you new to mindful practices such as breath work, yoga + meditation? This all ages class is designed to cover the foundations of these practices and we will practice a flow using what was covered during the lesson. These sessions are intended to be gentle and heart-centered, bringing you back to you.

Class is held every Sunday 11am-12pm

These yoga sessions are donation based, meaning they are not necessary but greatly appreciated when offered.
