Join Jen every other Wednesday evening at 7PM as she guides you through an integrative breathwork session using Holotropic breathing rooted in self-empowerment to realign the mind, body, and spirit. Followed by Sound Bowls, letting the power of vibration take you on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
