The Chronic Pain Series: Sound Therapy & Nervous System Education

Living with chronic pain can create emotional and physical guarding
over time. In this session we'll learn about the impacts of chronic
bracing on chronic pain. Together we'll learn somatic practices and
rest in a heart-opening sound bath designed to help you soften without
pushing or forcing change. Sound vibrations support relaxation and
awareness, offering space for the body to rest and the heart to feel
safe enough to open at its own pace.

This session guided by Jessa and Natalie is intended to support
comfort, emotional balance, and connection, providing a calm and
caring environment for rest and relief.
