An evening for mothers to destress, unwind, relax, enjoy community, and turn focus inward. Offering space to breathe, move, meditate, and write.
What to expect: First moments will be spent opening, introducing a theme & intention for our practice, Followed by a gentle flow for 45-60 minutes. A guided meditation will close our practice. Afterwards, We will offer space for journaling and reflection. Water, tea and new journals will be provided.
TIME: 6:15-8:00pm
NOTE: wear something comfortable and unrestricting.
