Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is a guided meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Yoga Nidra has many benefits. It helps to switch the nervous system to a parasympathetic state (rest and restore). It can help relieve anxiety, depression, stress, and tension. One 30 minute practice of yoga nidra is equivalent to 2 hours of REM sleep.
Practicing yoga nidra in the selenite cave will enhance our practice. Selenite is a crystal with a high vibration, it assists in connecting to higher realms and is a natural space cleanser.
We will be practicing on comfortable lounge chairs.
Bring a blanket and any other props you need to feel comfortable.
Eye masks will be provided.
