Join Ers (AIRS. Yoga & Wellness) for an all-level friendly Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga Class with a Sound Bath happening every Saturday morning in the Forest Room. Door opens at 10:45 with class beginning at 11 AM. You’ll be guided through a slow series of vinyasa yoga postures with the optional use of props and hands-on assists. With mats, meditation pillows, straps, and blocks provided, you’re welcome to bring anything of your own to help your practice feel more enjoyable. Ending with a sound bath meditation in our final resting pose, we’ll be closing out our practice at 12:30 PM. Reservation required—book online beforehand.
