Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is a guided meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Yoga Nidra has many benefits. It helps to switch the nervous system to a parasympathetic state (rest and restore). It can help relieve anxiety, depression, stress, and tension. One 30 minute practice of yoga nidra is equivalent to 2 hours of REM sleep.

If you have a yoga mat bring one, otherwise I will have a few extras. Bring a blanket and a pillow and any other props you need to feel comfortable.

If you have an eye mask please bring one, otherwise I will provide them.

Please come 10 minutes early to get situated. If you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be allowed entry, as to not to disturb the other students.

If you cancel 48 hours before the event you will receive a 50% refund unless the host is able to fill your spot, you will then receive a full refund.
