New Year Vision Boards & Yoga Nidra  with Lauren

Join us for a night of manifesting our intentions for the new year. We will spend the first hour creating collage vision boards for 2024. I will have a collection of magazines, Cardstock paper, and some gluesticks and scissors. Feel free to bring any personal photos or magazines or anything else you want to add. Also bring your own scissors and glue if you don't want to share. The last hour I will lead everyone through a yoga nidra practice incorporating our intentions for the new year into the practice. Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is a guided meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra is designed to put you into a space between wakefulness and sleep. It is practiced laying down with an eye mask. Yoga Nidra has many benefits. It helps to switch the nervous system to a parasympathetic state (rest and restore). It can help relieve anxiety, depression, stress, and tension. It can also be a great tool in manifestation. One 30 minute practice of yoga nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of REM sleep. If you have a yoga mat bring one, otherwise there will be some to borrow. Bring a blanket, pillow, and any other props you will need to feel comfortable and access full relaxation.

Only 25 spots are available so you must reserve your spot ahead of time!

Payments are then taken through Venmo or cash app upon availability. 

If you cancel 48 hours before the event you will receive a 50% refund unless the host is able to fill your spot, you will then receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations will not receive a refund.
